What if my child’s return flight is delayed or cancelled?
If your child’s outbound flight is delayed, a member of our team will continue to wait with your child until they board the flight and depart. In the event the outbound flight is cancelled, the team member will escort your child to the ticket desk to rebook the outbound flight. If an outbound flight can not be secured until the following day, your child will be escorted back to camp, and given sleeping accommodations and meals free of charge. On the following day, your child will be transported to the airport two hours prior to their flight and will begin the departure process again on the new outbound flight.
