- Will my group get wristbands or tickets?
- Your group will receive colored wristbands during check-in.
- Can my group bring their own lunches?
- Yes! You may bring sack lunches packed from home or a school if you choose. However, we do not allow food from outside vendors or restaurants. Peanuts and other nut products are not permitted to ensure the safety of our guests with allergies.
- Additional guests decided to accompany our group at the last minute. Will they get the group rate?
- Yes! Any late additions to your group must let Guest Services know they are visiting with a group when purchasing their ticket. However, we cannot guarantee ticket availability for all activities the group has scheduled.
- Where do buses park?
- Bus parking is available in the parking lot at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration.
- Where is group check-in and departure?
- Group check-in is at the Davidson Center for Space Exploration unless otherwise instructed. Please enter through the black gates beside the vertical Saturn V rocket. The group leader should check-in first before the group unloads the bus. The Guest Services Coordinator will give instructions on where to wristband your group and start your adventure!
- Groups depart from the Main Museum Gift Shop
- Can guests use their memberships for Group Visits?
- No. Unfortunately, memberships and other discounts cannot be applied to group reservations.
- What do we do if it rains?
- We are open rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather on the day of your visit, or if inclement weather is forecasted, we are more than happy to reschedule your group for a later visit date. Public simulators are available as weather permits.
- What are the best days to visit?
- Tuesday and Wednesday are not as crowded because most groups choose days toward the end of the week and weekend. We suggest you make reservations for earlier in the week.
- When will I receive a schedule for my Ultimate Field Trip?
- Schedules are given upon arrival.
- I didn’t get a confirmation e-mail or call for my trip. What do I do?
- First, check your spam or junk folder to see if the e-mail is there. If not, give us a call at 1-800-637-7223 or email us at museumgroups@spacecamp.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a confirmation call or email.

- Who will send me confirmation for my group visit?
- Group registrations are sent from the U.S. Space & Rocket Center sales department by email. The USSRC Sales inbox is not monitored. Please do not reply to that address.
- If you need to make changes, please email your Sales Coordinator directly or email museumgroups@spacecamp.com.
