Who do I call if I have a question about an item or a delivery?

  • To order an item by phone before camp, please call our sales department at 1-800-637-7223 Option 1 Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or email
  • If you have questions and currently have a trainee at camp, please call Camp Customer Service at 256-721-7185 or email
  • Items will be picked up by the trainee upon arrival.

What types of items are available for purchase prior to camp?

  • Items range from necessities like bug spray and sunscreen to t-shirt packs, hats, and water bottles. We also offer fun items like pillowcases that can be signed by your camper’s bunkmates, care packages to send a little love to camp, and snack packs containing all the fuel your trainee needs for an active week. All items may be purchased through your camp account here.

If I order items before camp, how do I receive my items?

  • Items are available for pick-up in the bottom of Habitat 1 on check-in day. We take the worry out of ordering by making sure the flight suit fits your camper, and we’ll issue the correct size if it is different from the size ordered. Exchanges will be made as long as the clothing items have not been worn outside of trying them on. Any items presented with stains or odor are not eligible for exchange.

Can I order on the day we check in?

Yes. Items are available for purchase at check-in.

Can I order items during the camp week?

  • Yes, we check for orders once a day. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. CT will be available for pick up the next day. We are unable to fulfill orders on the last day of camp.
