My group trip has been cancelled. When will I get my refund?

We have been in communication with group leaders whose trips were planned during our closure. We are working with those leaders to re-schedule their trips if possible or refund as necessary. Please reach out to your group leader to determine the status of your group trip. Please note that if a refund was requested that they make take 4-8 weeks to process.
