Transportation to and from camp will be arranged by your group leader- this is the teacher who is responsible for booking your camp and serves as the point of contact with the Space Camp Group Coordinator.
Flying is a great option for our out-of-state campers! You will need to make your own travel arrangements with the airline, and we can provide transportation to Space Camp. Transportation to and from the airport for Family Camp guests is $25 per family, each way.

Trainees departing after weeklong overnight camps may be taken to the Huntsville International Airport (HSV) one day after graduation, provided their flight time requires this. There is a $99 fee for this service. This includes on-site meals, lodging and supervision after the program ends.
Trainees arriving for weeklong overnight camps may be picked up at the Huntsville International Airport (HSV) one day early, provided their flight time requires this. There is a $99 fee for this service. This includes on-site meals, lodging and supervision before the program begins.
Trainees arriving for weeklong, overnight camps, family programs and adult weekend programs may be picked up at the Huntsville International Airport (HSV) for an additional fee. Space Camp and Aviation Challenge are located approximately 15 minutes from Huntsville International.
To arrange airport pick-up and drop-off, simply pay the fee and fill out your transportation form located in your camp confirmation.
