Since 1994, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center® has offered Corporate Camps with tailored training and development programs to achieve the objectives of each client. Whether it is a single day of teambuilding or a multi-day immersive training program, the exercises motivate, inspire and strengthen the collaborative teamwork and vision of your group.
Based on the highly-acclaimed Space Camp® program, Corporate Space Camp allows trainees to reach performance goals by running simulated space missions while serving as crew members and mission control operators. The administrative assistant may command the shuttle, while the CEO monitors orbital fuel levels and mechanical gauges! In this challenging environment, trainees actively experience situations and call upon the most important skills: purposeful leadership, crisis and change management and integrated planning.
Corporate Aviation Challenge® trainees develop communication, teamwork, leadership and decision-making skills by experiencing flight simulations. The program takes a unique approach to presenting crucial collaboration and interaction skills in an unmatched scenario. No two trips are alike. Program costs and activity details vary.
