Program Basics on all sessions:
- Our camp is located in Huntsville, Alabama
- Program will run from 9am until 4:30pm
- Dates: March 25 – 29, 2013 and May 27 – Aug 16, 2013
- Teams will be grouped by age with up to 16 trainees per team
- Lunch and a snack is provided
- Daily recreation time
- Water and swimming in a man-made lake (filtered and treated to swimming pool standards) with depth not to exceed 4 feet
- Visit the Davidson Center for Space Exploration including an IMAX and/or 3D movie
- Height and weight restrictions apply to simulators
- Programs are for ages 7-11
- Tuition:
- $275 per week
- $250 per week for 2 to 4 weeks enrollment
- $225 per week for 5 or more weeks enrollment

- Run a "Skybase" mission
- Hands-on Science Lab activities led by our education department
- Perform hands-on astronaut experiments like the real astronauts on the space station
- Observe rocketry principles in action by building and launching rockets
- Learn about living and working in space
- Participate in Mars-themed activities
- Draw and design your own space mission patch
- Museum activities including simulators like the climbing wall and MISSION to MARS
- Learn how Huntsville took man to the moon
- Swimming in your weeklong adventure

Car Drop Off (U.S. Space & Rocket Center)
Red Towers Entrance 8:10am 5:15pm
Early drop off and late pick-up:
Parents can drop their child off at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center's red towers no earlier than 7:30am daily for an additional $25 for the week. This will cover breakfast, and supervision until the program begins at 9am.
Parent can also pick their students up at late as 5:30pm daily for an additional $25 per week. This will cover supervision after the program ends at 4:30pm. Pick-up will be at the Space Camp red towers entrance.
Parents/Guardians must bring a photo ID to sign their child into and out of the program each day and will be asked on the first day to list any and all possible people who can pick up or drop their child for the week, as well as an additional, valid contact numbers if needed for the week. Please update the gate check-in person if your child needs to depart or arrive at camp other than normal check-in hours, to allow us to have your child ready. Remember we have activities going on up until 4pm each and every day including Fridays.
