1. Eligibility: Open and offered to all legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia at least 7 years of age at time of entry. Employees and officers of TH!NKFILM company ("Sponsors") and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center® (collectively "Sweepstakes Entities") and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and those involved in the production, development, distribution, implementation or handling of this sweepstakes, any agents acting for or on behalf of the above entities, service providers, prize suppliers, website developers, and other persons associated with the sweepstakes and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents, regardless of where they live) and/or persons living in the same household as such employees, officers, and directors (whether or not related) are ineligible.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion begins 2/12/2008 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 3/15/08 ("Promotion Period"). A day begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends the following 11:59:59 PM ET. Promotion Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this promotion.
3. How to Enter: Access http://spacecamp.com/Moon , ("Website"). Follow the on-line directions to enter your birth date and your e-mail address. When you click on the "submit" button, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person per day, per household, or e-mail address regardless of entry method. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. Any attempt by any person to attain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail accounts, names, ages, addresses, or any other methods will void all of that person's entries and that person will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned.
For Persons Under The Age of 13: If you are under the age of 13 at the time of entry, you may only enter once on-line without obtaining parental consent. If you return to the Web site to submit additional entries, you will be required to obtain parental consent before proceeding. Your parent or legal guardian will be e-mailed a link to a parental consent form that they may complete and return as directed. It will allow you to submit multiple entries on-line. If we do not receive this completed Parental Consent Form, your second and subsequent on-line entries will not be accepted.
4. Prizes/Odds: (1) First Prize — A trip to Space Camp® in Huntsville, AL. The minimum age to attend is 7 years old. Program includes meals, lodging, educational programs and materials, a team t-shirt, team mission patch, team photo, camp graduation wings and certificate. Also included is program registration fee, ground transportation to and from Huntsville International Airport, and early arrival or late departure fees if needed. Airfare is not included. Shirts are customized with a logo from Space Camp program. Approximate Maximum Retail Value of this package is ("ARV") $1,269.00. Camp must be booked at least 30 days in advance, is subject to Space Camp availability and must be completed within one year of award date. Expenses and costs not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. The U.S. Space and Rocket Center may require form(s), medical documents and/or releases (in addition to those required by Sponsor) to be properly completed, and failure to complete any such forms, medical documents or releases may restrict activity access and/or participation and/or Space Camp attendance. Space Camp attendance is subject to the standard Camp policies and procedures established by the U.S Space & Rocket Center. If winner is ages 7-9 years, an adult will be required to accompany the winner in the program. Approximate retail value of prize package may vary, depending on age of winner, final itinerary and any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If winner cannot comply with all requirements or accept the prize as stated, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Potential winners will be randomly selected in a drawing to be held on or about 3/16/08 from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail, overnight mail, e-mail, or phone on or about 3/30/08.
6. General Terms: If a winner of any prize is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Notwithstanding that the prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, a minor winner's parent/legal guardian the winning minor may be required to take trip as offered or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution of prizes is offered, no transfer of prize is permitted, and prizes may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor, however, reserves the right to substitute any prize, which becomes unavailable with a prize of equal or greater value. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Prize recipient will be solely responsible for paying all taxes on prizes based on the value of the prize as set forth in these rules. All entrants (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor), as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges/Promotion Administrator and/or Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects.
First Prize winner (friends or siblings and parent or legal guardian) will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (or any other documentation that Promotion Administrator requires) within seven (7) days of receipt of those documents. If documents are not returned within seven (7) days of receipt, or if any notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner of any prize is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize Winner's travel companions must complete, sign and return a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents; and if a travel companions are minors, all applicable Releases must be executed by minors' parent/legal guardian both on behalf of himself/her self and the minors. Once guests are determined no guest may be changed without the express consent of Sponsor (which may be withheld for any reason whatsoever). Except where prohibited by law, winner's acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (which permission will be confirmed in writing upon request) of winner (and winner's parent/legal guardian) for Sponsor, Sweepstakes Entities, and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's authority to use such winner's name, address (city and state), photo, and likeness, for advertising, trade and publicity purposes in all forms of media now known or hereafter discovered or devised, world wide (including posting on the World Wide Web) in perpetuity, without further notice, review or approval, or compensation. By accepting a prize, each winner (and parent or legal guardian) releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsors, Promotion Administrator, Sweepstakes Entities, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (individually and collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to any person(s), including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in this sweepstakes or any sweepstakes related or travel related activity.
