*This kit is intended for the summer overnight youth camper. If you are attending with a group, please note that policies and procedures may be different. Please view the Group Guide for more information.

Trip Planning

  • Please call 1.800.63.SPACE and ask to speak to an Account Executive for trip planning advice.

Required Forms

  • •Individual campers must submit forms online no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. After registering for a camp session, a confirmation notice will be sent via e-mail, containing a link for submitting necessary forms on-line. This is a safe and secure way to submit information. Be sure to keep a copy of all forms for your records; a copy of submitted forms are not returned to you. (If an e-mail address was not provided the confirmation notice will be mailed.)
  • • Campers attending with a group: forms will be provided by local group leader (Teacher, Boy/Girl Scout Leader, Youth Leader, etc.) Please check with group leader for these forms.
  • Below are links to the necessary forms for individual youth trainees. Please note the following:
    1. 1) In order to submit forms on-line, the following is needed: trainee's Camp ID Number, Trainee's Account Number and Trainee's First(given) and Last(family/sur) Name. This information is located on the e-mail confirmation notice. Please have this information ready prior to submitting the required information.
    2. 2) Advanced Space Academy trainees are the only trainees requiring the Underwater Astronaut Trainer Release & Medical Form (SCUBA/Health form). This form is for the trainees with the Pilot with Scuba and Mission Specialist Tracks. This form MUST be filled out and mailed ONLY.
    3. 3) Day Camp trainees have a unique optional purchase form. If your child is attending Day Camp (not staying overnight) please use the separate form is completed. Day Camp trainees do not need to complete transportation form.
    4. 4) If you are unable to complete your forms on-line, please call 1.800.63.SPACE to request the forms be mailed to you.

  • • Is submitting my information on-line secure?
    Yes, your information is protected. Please click here to read our privacy policy.
  • • Do I have to submit the transportation form if I am dropping my child off at camp?
    Yes, all trainees must submit a transportation form regardless of mode of travel.
  • • Can I add on items?
    Yes; select the optional purchase form, enter trainee's information and purchase desired items, or call 1.800.63.SPACE to add purchases to your account. Please call us if you wish to add or change anything within 4 weeks prior to the date of attendance.
  • • Can I make a teammate request?
    Yes, please let us know when you register. Requests must be mutual, so please make sure the friend requests your child as well. Teammates must pick same program and track. We strive to honor all requests but they are not guaranteed.
  • • Can I transfer my session?
    Yes! All session transfer requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to scheduled start date.
  • • What if I need to cancel my camp?
    Please click here to read our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel a session date if participation numbers are inadequate. You may select an alternate date or you may request a full refund of tuition paid should this occur.
