About The Foundation
The U.S. Space & Rocket Center (USSRC), an agency of the State of Alabama, established the U.S. Space & Rocket Center Foundation in September of 2000. The Foundation was designated as a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service on March 22, 2002.
This foundation operates solely as the fund-raising component of the USSRC.

Mid 1960's Saab powered vintage race car
Prototype Formula Race Car completely restored with new chassis, custom fuel cell, Hillebrand Center Lock Indy car wheels with original tires, and alloy bodywork re-engineered by Hendrick Motorsports to be used as a show car and/or vintage racing.
