Attended adult space camp about four years ago. The experience made such a favorable impression that I decided right then that when my grandson became 10 years old,and more able to understand the technicalities of space flight, for his birthday I was going to take him the Huntsville to share the experience with him. So...see you July 10th weekend!

Space Camp made a huge impact on my teaching and use of inquiry based learning in the classroom. We have a NASA center here at one of the elementary schools, and I was able to take my 8th graders and 6th graders to mock shuttle flights. It was fantastic, the extra training I received made my students more prepared and I observed more critical thinking by my students. I have written applications for several students to attend Space Camp since my experience there. This past year, my class wrote letters to their congressmen to make sure that they kept the program alive here in Hawaii. Thank you for all the time and effort that was given for my advancement.

It made me realize how my dream of being an astronaut could be possible. It made me open my eyes and meet new people. I loved every minute of it and i've wished I could go back all the time.

Attending Space Camp made an incredible impact on my life in so many different ways--primarily in my professional life and meeting some wonderful people. My Space Camp experience made me realize just how much I truly enjoyed science, so I made a move from teaching at the elementary grades to becoming a full-time science teacher at the middle school level. I love getting my students excited about science!

great experience learning about our space and aviation programs

I have attended 20 trips with Pinkston Middle School as a sponser and as a School Resource Officer. I know that all of the children that we have brought remember Space Camp. For some of our students that will be the highlight of their Middle School years and for others it was a once in a life time chance to see History of our Space Program in person.

I attended the International Space Camp as a representative from Seoul, South Korea, and was amongst students and supervisors from around the world. The people I met then are still my friends around the globe, and they are doing amazing things which is wonderful to hear.
