Thank you for your interest in becoming a Space Camp Ambassador! Ambassadors are an elite network of leaders who represent Space Camp across the world. Simply follow the steps below, to complete the application process:

1. You must be an alumnus.
   Experience is required to become a Space Camp Ambassador. You must have attended a Space Camp, Aviation Challenge, or Space Camp for Educators® program as a trainee or chaperone.
2. Submit an application.

   The application is available online, CLICK HERE.

   Please complete and submit your application for review, include a photo of yourself to be displayed on the Space Camp Ambassador website. Your photo can be emailed to tomw@spacecamp.com with the subject line: YOUR NAME’s Space Camp Ambassador Photo.

   Please also include in the email the contact information you would like displayed on the Space Camp Ambassador website (name, location, email address, phone number, and web address).

3. Complete a background check.
   All employees of the U.S Space & Rocket Center are required to complete a background check. This prerequisite also applies to all Space Camp Ambassadors. Domestic applicants must agree to a background check. International applicants will be required to provide a background check or police report.
4. Sign your contract. (optional)
   If you are interested in using our logos on a website, email signature or anywhere else, you will be asked to sign a licensing agreement. This is an optional step of the process. Email tomw@spacecamp.com if you are interested.
5. Review your welcome kit.
   Once accepted into the program, you will receive a Space Camp Ambassador kit. This kit contains your Certificate of Appointment along with promotional materials to share with your community. IF you are interested in receiving a Space Camp flight suit with custom name tag to wear while representing Space Camp, please contact Tom White.
6. Keep us updated.
   If any of your contact information changes, please let us know promptly, so we can update our records.
