- How long is training?
- 2-4 weeks on average depending on the program and season
- Is training paid?
- Yes. Training is paid on a stipend during our regular bi-weekly pay cycles
- What if I need time off?
- Once training is complete you will fill out a time off request and submit it to the scheduling office. Time off is granted on a first come first serve basis. Time off is not guaranteed if the needs of the center require your attendance.
- Who can be a reference?
- Teacher, religious leaders, coaches, co-workers, or employers are a few examples. No friends or family members may serve as references.

- Yes
- Can I bring a car?
- Yes, although you are not required to. Free parking is available.
- Is there a dress code?
- Yes. By accepting the position you agree to all the policies of the URRSC regarding personal appearance as listed in the employee handbook.

- What kind of hours do we work?
- Hours will vary depending on your availability and program attendance.

- What is the onsite housing like?
- Dorm style apx. 10x10 with 2 beds and some storage, same gender roommates,
and not directly with the participants

- How long is a season?
- You are eligible to work up to 11 months at a time from your training date before you have to reapply. However we request that you make a 3-4 month commitment following training if at all possible. Our busier months are Feb - Aug.
- What is the difference between a level 2 and level 3 crew trainers?

- What do I need to complete if I am a returning crew trainer?
- You are only required to do the online application. You do not have to resubmit
letters or transcripts. Depending on the program you may be required to reinterview.
